论述作为网络环境下信息服务发展方向的知识服务,必须以智能化信息处理技术为基础;在支持知识服务的众多智能信息技术中,语言技术和知识技术具有十分重要的基础地位和作用;语言技术和知识技术当前的发展特点是:两者以信息意义的处理为纽带日益密切地联系在一起,并对所谓“后数字图书馆”时代具有重要的作用和意义。指出文献情报界对这两种重要的知识服务技术应予以足够的重视。
