In handling food sanitation administrative punishment cases, it is required that “the procedure is reasonable, the facts of the violation of the law are clear, the relevant evidence is accurate and reliable, and the provisions of the laws and regulations are accurate and the punishment is appropriate”. In order to understand the quality of the work of administrative penalty cases handled by food safety supervision agencies at the provincial and municipal levels in our province, we conducted random inspections on the administrative penalties that have been closed by lgu-IWe’s annual municipal food hygiene supervision agencies.
