我们从1979年开始,进行了注射外源DNA转化小麦的研究。选择有明显标记性状的蓝粒小麦和长穗偃麦草作供体,以自交纯化的白粒普通小麦作受体;在受体小麦开花前后,将外源供体DNA用微量注射器注入受体植株部份穗子的子房,留下部份自交穗子作对照。对比观察它们的后代,连续数年,未发现注射外源DNA试验与对照后代有所不同。据此认为,此法不是改良小麦的有效手段。 We started in 1979, the study of the transformation of wheat by exogenous DNA injection. The blue-grain wheat and long-tailed Agropyron sp. With markedly marked traits were selected as donors, and the self-purified white common wheat was used as the recipient. Before and after the flowering of the recipient wheat, the exogenous donor DNA was injected into the recipient with a micro syringe Ovary of some panicles of plants, leaving some self-crossed ears as control. After comparing their progeny for several years, we found no difference between the experiment of injecting exogenous DNA and the control progeny. Therefore, this law is not an effective measure to improve wheat.
