熬夜会对女性身体造成多种损害:经常疲劳,免疫力下降。女性若经常熬夜,所造成的后遗症,最严重的就是疲劳、精神不振;人体的免疫力也会跟着下降等。自然的,感冒、胃肠感染、过敏原等等的自律神经失调症状都会找上你。而且,更糟糕的是长期熬夜会慢慢地出现失眠、健忘、易怒、焦虑不安等神经、精神症状。在不得不熬夜时,事先、事后做好准备和保护是十分必要的,至少可以把熬夜对女性身体的损害降到最低。
