产业集群一般是由几个具有较强技术创新能力的大型企业、数量众多的中小微企业以及其他相关的服务机构组成。中小微企业是产业集群最重要的组成部分。一方面,中小微企业的技术创新是促进产业集群发展并提高其竞争力的强有力保障;另一方面,产业集群可以为中小微企业技术创新指明方向,提高中小微企业技术创新的能力和速度,加速技术创新成果的应用和推广。本文从中小微企业的角度出发,以中小微企业技术创新与产业集群之间的关系为基础,分析了中小微企业技术创新所面临的资金、人才、市场环境等方面的难题,提出了相应的建议与解决方法。
