1993～1996年在我校大学生中发生三起运动时出现的心源性猝死,其中男2例,女1例;年龄19～22岁;2例为统招生,1例成人教育生。分别来自延安、湛江、郴州。3例均有心脏病史。例1初三时忠心肌病、主动脉口狭窄。例2高一时发现原发性心肌病。例3在高二时曾患病毒性心肌炎。三例均虽住院治疗,但未明确是否痊愈。入大学后,仍遵医嘱边学习边治疗。例1于某日晨跑锻炼,跑完1000米时,突然昏倒在跑道上。在场者立即就地抢救,压人中、合谷、涌泉等穴。约10分钟
From 1993 to 1996, there were three sudden cardiac deaths among three undergraduates in our university, including 2 males and 1 females; aged 19-22 years old; 2 were admitted to school and 1 adult education student. Respectively from Yan’an, Zhanjiang, Chenzhou. Three patients had a history of heart disease. Example 1 Loyalty cardiomyopathy, aortic stenosis. Example 2 Higher primary cardiac muscle disease found. Example 3 had viral myocarditis in high school. Although three cases were hospitalized, but not clear whether healed. Into the university, still follow the doctor while learning and treatment.
