目的:从细胞代谢促进剂(血活素)对微循环-血流变影响的研究中评价该药物对缺血性心脏病的治疗作用.方法:123例缺血性心脏病病人随机分为两组,对照组60例,常规应用硝酸甘油治疗;治疗组63例,在常规治疗基础上用血活素注射液10ml加入200ml生理盐水中,静脉滴注,1次/日,共14天.两组在治疗前后均测定甲襞微循环(包括输入输出校长度、管径、流速、拌顶面积)和血液流变学(包括高低切全血粘度、血浆粘度、红细胞变形指数及电泳时间、血小板粘附率)等指标.结果:血活素治疗组病例在改善微血管状态和流态、全血粘度、红细胞变形指数及电泳时间等方面较对照组有更加显著的效果.结论:细胞代谢促进剂(血活素)对缺血性心脏病有良好的治疗作用,病情的好转和微循环-血流变指标的改善是一致性.
OBJECTIVE: To evaluate the therapeutic effect of the drug on ischemic heart disease in a study of the effects of cell metabolism enhancers (blood biopsins) on microcirculation-blood rheology. Methods: 123 patients with ischemic heart disease were randomly divided into two groups, the control group of 60 patients, routine use of nitroglycerin treatment; 63 cases of treatment group, on the basis of conventional treatment, with 10ml of silybin injection into 200ml of normal saline, Intravenous infusion, 1 time / day, a total of 14 days. Both groups were measured before and after treatment of nailfold microcirculation (including input and output length of school, diameter, flow rate, mixing area) and hemorheology (including the level of cut whole blood viscosity, plasma viscosity, erythrocyte deformation index and electrophoresis time, Platelet adhesion rate) and other indicators. Results: The blood group treated with streptozotocin had a more significant effect than the control group in improving microvascular status and flow pattern, whole blood viscosity, erythrocyte deformability index and electrophoresis time. CONCLUSIONS: The cell metabolism promoter (blood activin) has a good therapeutic effect on ischemic heart disease. The improvement of the disease and the improvement of microcirculation - blood rheology are consistent.
