我所于1984年12月,从广东微生物研究所引进香菇“7402”母种1支、原种2瓶,以松杉木屑为培养料,扩大成二级试管种进行栽培试验初获成功。具体做法是:先将松杉木屑放锅中加水煮沸,沥去水分后再与麸皮混合装管。混合比例是木屑80％,麸皮20％,含水量60％左右。装管后按常规法进行高压灭菌、接种、培养,经30～40天菌丝长满试管。待管口菌丝表面变褐色,见有小菇蕾形成
