结合市场需求,围绕高产、优质、抗病、落粒性适中的高原粳稻育种目标,筛选适合云南省中海拔稻区种植的水稻新品种。2014年楚雄州农业科学研究推广所在青龙桥试验基地实施了本年度水稻新品系鉴定试验。试验采取逐步淘汰筛选法,其中田间淘汰101个品系,实收35个品系,稻米品质鉴定20个品系,确定4个品系进行2015年多点试验示范,为其参加省中部粳稻区域试验提供科学依据。1材料与方法1.1试验材料
According to the market demand, the new rice varieties suitable for middle-altitude rice planting in Yunnan Province were screened around the objectives of high-yielding, high-quality, disease-resistant and moderately falling grain-type japonica rice breeding. In 2014, Chuxiong Prefecture agricultural science research and promotion of Qinglongqiao test base implementation of this year’s new rice line identification test. The experiment adopted the phase-out screening method, in which 101 lines were eliminated from the field, 35 lines were harvested, 20 lines were identified for rice quality, 4 lines were confirmed for multi-point demonstration in 2015, providing a scientific basis for their participation in the regional experiment of rice in central- . 1 materials and methods 1.1 test materials
