江宁县位于江苏省西南部的南京市境内,属丘陵山区。1983年在全省普查中被确定为江苏省10个碘缺乏病重点病区县之一。1986年全县实施以食盐加碘为主、碘油丸为辅的综合性防治措施,1990年达到卫生部制定的原碘缺乏病控制标准。为达到2000年消除碘缺乏病,了解和掌握本县人群的碘营养现状,1997年开展了学龄儿童及新生儿碘营养状况的调查,通过该目标人群的调查以评估当地人群的碘营养状况,现将调查结果总结如下。
Jiangning County is located in the southwest of Jiangsu Province in Nanjing City, a hilly mountain. In 1983, the census of the province was identified as one of the 10 county of key iodine deficiency diseases in Jiangsu Province. In 1986, the county implemented the comprehensive prevention and treatment measures mainly based on salt iodization and supplemented by iodized oil pills. In 1990, it reached the control standard of iodine deficiency disorders developed by the Ministry of Health. In order to achieve the elimination of iodine deficiency disorders in 2000 to understand and grasp the iodine nutrition status of the population in this county, a survey on the iodine nutrition status of school-age children and newborns was carried out in 1997. The target population survey was conducted to assess the iodine nutrition status of the local population, Now the survey results are summarized below.
