近些年,我国旅游事业的不断发展,旅游行业从业人员也逐年增多,其中导游也成为了众多求职者眼中的热门职业。但由于当下导游队伍的整体素质偏低,游客的投诉率过高,以及语种结构失衡的现象存在,随着新《旅游法》的颁布,导游行业也得到了基本规范和相应的约束。本文将全面分析我国导游队伍急需规范建设的重要性,并提出此建设的相关有效策略。
In recent years, the continuous development of China’s tourism industry, tourism industry practitioners have also increased year by year, of which tour guides have also become a hot job in the eyes of many job seekers. However, due to the current low overall quality of tour guides, tourists complaining rate is too high, and language imbalance exists, with the new “Travel Law” promulgated, the tour guide industry has also been the basic norms and the corresponding constraints. This article will comprehensively analyze the importance of the normative construction of China’s tour guide team urgently and propose effective strategies for this construction.
