高校图书馆是广大师生开展学习和科研的重要场所,提高服务水平和服务质量有助于图书馆更好地履行自身职能、提高知名度、为社会主义精神文明建设服务。通过对大理学院各专业师生阅读情况问卷调查,探讨了提高图书馆服务质量和服务水平的一些方法和措施。
The university library is an important place for teachers and students to carry out study and research. Improving the service level and service quality will help the library fulfill its functions better, raise its popularity and serve for the construction of socialist spiritual civilization. Through the questionnaire survey of the reading situation of teachers and students in Dali University, this paper discusses some methods and measures to improve the service quality and service level of the library.
