针对陇东林下闲置的空间资源和自然环境条件的现状,于2013年~2015年连续3年在陇东地区开展林下黑木耳栽培料的配方试验研究,经实地观测菌丝生长状况和菌耳的外观性状,并对产量进行统计。结果表明,各个栽培料配方试验中均有菌丝长出,但从其生长状况、外观性状和产量等方面综合分析,在本地气候环境条件下,杂木屑60%、棉籽壳20%、玉米芯10%、麦麸8%、石灰1%、石膏1%是进行林下黑木耳袋料栽培的适宜配方,平均每个菌棒产黑木耳58.4 g,比对照高出13.6%。
In view of the status quo of spatial resources and natural environment in the east of Gansu Province, the formula experiment of Auricularia auricula cultivation in Longdong was conducted for three consecutive years from 2013 to 2015. The growth of mycorrhizal fungi, Ear appearance characteristics, and production statistics. The results showed that all the cultivars had mycelium growth in the formula test, but from the comprehensive analysis of their growth, appearance and yield, under the local climatic conditions, 60% of sawdust, 20% of cotton seed hulls, 10%, 8% wheat bran, 1% lime and 1% gypsum were suitable for the undergrowth cultivation of black fungus. The average fungus producing black fungus 58.4 g, 13.6% higher than the control.
