蒙古民间口头文学体裁种类繁多。其中占有特殊地位的是“本森乌力格尔”体裁。即“书本故事”。它是在中央亚与远东文化传统的交融中产生的。这种体裁作品的名称也证明了其综合性。“本森”一词源于中国民间用语“本子”(书本),“乌力格尔”是典型的蒙古语,意即“故事、特殊的叙事诗歌”。据说书人说,此种体裁形成于18世纪的东蒙古,学术界目前还没有更多的材料可以充实这一证据。
There are a great variety of folklore in Mongolia. Which occupies a special position is the “Benson Ulligger” genre. The book story. It arises from the blending of the Central Asian and Far Eastern cultural traditions. The name of this genre also proves its synthesis. The term “Benson” stems from the “book” of Chinese folk language, “Wu Li Ge” is a typical Mongolian, meaning “story, special narrative poetry.” According to the authors of the book, the genre was formed in the 18th century in East Mongolia. There is not yet much material available to the academic community to substantiate this evidence.
