对人格教育必须进行科学界定,并认清其地位、作用。当代未成年人人格素养总体情况良好,但问题突出。家校合作亟待加强,应当拓宽渠道,改进方法和提高水平。人格教育应实行政府行为主导下的社会合作。
Personality education must be scientifically defined, and recognize its status and role. The overall situation of contemporary minor personality traits is good, but the problem is outstanding. The cooperation between home and school needs to be strengthened. Channels should be broadened to improve methods and levels. Personality education should implement social cooperation led by government behavior.
