音乐可以帮助人们抒发情感,陶冶性情、砥砺心志,通过加强音乐教育来促进高职生心理健康发展,将具有重要的现实意义。高职音乐教育改革包括转变观念,改革传统教学方式;采用愉快教学法;运用现代声光音像技术;拓展多元化音乐教育等。
Music can help people to express their emotions, cultivate their temperament, temper their minds, and promote the mental health development of higher vocational students by strengthening their music education, which will be of great realistic significance. The reform of higher vocational music education includes changing concepts, reforming the traditional teaching methods, adopting a pleasant teaching method, using modern sound and light audiovisual technology, and expanding diversified music education.
