利用Solid Works建立了支架的三维模型,运用有限元软件ANSYS对液压支架主要部件进行加载试验的仿真研究,为支架的设计提供了参考依据。工业试验证明,支架的使用使小窑破坏区顶板得到有效控制,保证了矿井的煤炭资源回收和安全生产。
Solid Works was used to establish the three-dimensional model of the support. The finite element software ANSYS was used to simulate the loading test of the main components of the hydraulic support, which provided a reference for the design of the support. Industrial tests show that the use of brackets to effectively control the roof of a small kiln damage area to ensure that the coal mine resources recovery and safe production.
