上海铁道大学城市轨道交通理事会二届一次会议、《城市轨道交通研究》杂志编委会一届一次会议(以下简称“两会”),于1999年2月27日～28日在上海伟龙度假村会务中心同时召开。上海市、铁道部、建设部有关部门的领导以及来自各地的铁路、城建等部门的研究院(所)、公司、工厂、学校的领导、专家和教授70余人参加了会议。会前上海市副市长韩正对理事会的召开作了批示,对会议给予热情支持和鼓励。会上宣读了铁路部盛光祖副部长的书面讲话。盛副部长指出,上海轨道交通建设速度之快,水平之高,在全国处于领先水平。他希望这次参加理事会的各铁路有关工厂和研究所,通过产学研结合,积极为城市轨道交通建设多作贡献。上海市科委副主任徐贯华、铁道部咨询组组长周翊民、铁道部科技司副司长李中浩、上海市地铁总公司总经理石礼安和上海铁道大学校长朱广杰等分别在会上讲话。他们充分肯定了理事会成立两年来所做的工作和取得的成绩,希望这一跨部门、跨地区、产学研结合的城市轨道交通理事会为推动我国城市轨道交通事业的发展作出更大贡献。理事会执行理事、上海铁道大学副校长、《城市轨道交通研究》杂志社社长孙章教授在会上作了一届理事会工作报告及《理事会规则》修改说明,并回顾了杂志社一年来的情况。
The first session of the second session of the Urban Rail Transit Council of Shanghai Railway University and the first session of the Editorial Board of Urban Rail Transit Research (hereinafter referred to as “the two sessions”) were held at Shanghai Weilong Resort on February 27-28, 1999 Conference Center held at the same time. More than 70 leaders, experts and professors from research institutes (institutes), companies, factories and schools in Shanghai, the Ministry of Railways and relevant departments of the Ministry of Construction as well as railway, urban construction and other departments from all over the country attended the conference. Before the meeting, Han Zheng, vice mayor of Shanghai, gave instructions on the convening of the council and warmly supported and encouraged the meeting. The meeting read out a written speech by Vice Minister Sheng Guangzu of the Ministry of Railways. Vice Minister Sheng Sheng pointed out that Shanghai’s rapid construction of rail transit is at a high level and is leading the country. He hoped that all railroad factories and research institutes participating in the council this time would actively contribute to the construction of urban rail transit through the combination of industry, education and research. Xu Guanhua, deputy director of Shanghai Municipal Science and Technology Commission, Zhou Yi-min, leader of the consulting group of the Ministry of Railways, Li Zhonghao, deputy director of the Ministry of Science and Technology of the Ministry of Railways, Shi Lian, general manager of Shanghai Subway Corporation and Zhu Guangjie, president of Shanghai Railway University, addressed the meeting respectively. They fully affirmed the work and achievements made by the Council over the past two years and hope that this cross-sectoral, inter-district, industry-university-research combined urban rail transit council will make greater contributions to promoting the development of urban rail transit in our country. Executive Director of the Board of Directors, Vice President of Shanghai Railway University, President of Urban Rail Transit Research Magazine, Professor Sun Zhang made a report on the work of the council and a revision of the “Rules of the Board of Governors” and reviewed the magazine’s work in the past year Case.
