The “four comprehensiveness” is the strategic layout put forward by the Party Central Committee from the overall situation of maintaining and developing socialism with Chinese characteristics. The strategic layout of “four comprehensives” depicts a new blueprint for the administration of state affairs by our party and provides strategic guidance and line support for the realization of the Chinese dream of the great rejuvenation of the Chinese nation.
