航天工业中镍基高温合金焊接技术的发展和应用对于航空发动机制造有重要的支撑作用,开展镍基高温合金的焊接及修复技术的研究具有重要的战略意义。本文综述了目前镍基高温合金正在应用或研究的焊接及修复技术,并简要介绍航天工业中镍基高温合金焊接技术的发展现状。针对目前镍基高温合金所采用的电子束焊接、激光焊及激光熔覆技术、钎焊及扩散焊、摩擦焊等焊接技术做了介绍,这将有利于今后镍基高温合金焊接技术的进一步完善。
The development and application of nickel-based superalloy welding technology in aerospace industry plays an important supporting role in the manufacture of aero-engine. It is of strategic importance to carry out research on welding and repairing technology of nickel-base superalloy. This paper summarizes the welding and repairing technologies currently being applied or researched in the present nickel base superalloys and briefly introduces the development of the welding technology of nickel base superalloy in the aerospace industry. In view of the present welding technology of electron beam welding, laser welding and laser cladding, brazing and diffusion welding, friction welding and so on, which are used in the current nickel-base superalloy, this paper will help to further improve the welding technology of nickel base superalloy in the future .
