党的十四届四中全会决定和《中共中央关于加强农村基层组织建设的通知》以及中央组织部《印发〈关于进一步整顿农村软弱涣散和瘫痪状态党支部的意见〉的通知》等文件下发后,各地在抓软弱涣散和瘫痪状态村党支部的整顿上做了大量的工作,并已经取得了一些成效,不少软弱涣散和瘫痪状态党支部在相继转化。但是少数地方的整顿工作还不可避免地存在一些不足和薄弱环节,其倾向性问题主要有以下几个方面:一、注重组织整顿,忽视了思想作风整顿。调整班
