案情：1997年6月20日，中保财产保险公司山东日照市某区支公司与某开发公司签订了一份渔船保险保险单，困投保人暂无款支付保费，便向保险公司打了一张保费欠条。同年7月2日，被保险渔船发生保险合同约定的保险事故损失。投保人向保险公司索赔时遭到拒绝，遂诉至法院请求处理。
Case: On June 20, 1997, PICC Property & Casualty Company, a district branch of Rizhao City, Shandong Province, signed a fishing boat insurance policy with a development company. The insured person temporarily paid the insurance premium without any premium payment. Zhang owed IOUs. July 2 the same year, the insured fishing vessel insurance contract insurance contract losses. The insurer was rejected when claiming to the insurance company, and then sued the court for processing.
