气象信息基础网络平台采用电信、联通双网并行设计,为了充分利用线路资源,采用了业务分流负载方案。实现数据业务流与视频业务流分别运行于不同的网络平台。完成网络冗余切换备份方案。通过网络平台对应连接关系的切换,减少网络意外中断的风险,降低业务数据流上任意一点失效带来的影响。
