通过对短壁采煤机调高系统进行理论分析,找到了摇臂空载下降过程中发生抖动的原因。提出的新型平衡阀组解决了双向摆动的摇臂下降时抖动和上升时附加阻力的问题,显著提高了短壁采煤机调高系统的稳定性。
Through the theoretical analysis of the height-raising system of short-wall shearer, the reason for jitter occurred during no-load rocker arm lowering was found out. The new balanced valve set proposed solves the problem of jerkiness and additional resistance at rising as the rocker arm bi-directionally rocked, and significantly improves the stability of the raised-wall system of short-wall shearer.
