量化分析了我国交通运输行业能耗、排放与需求,以及面临的能源、排放约束。在此基础上,根据不同交通运输模式的特性及其比较优势,结合各管理部门规划中的节能减排方案,从新的视角提出了基于体系结构优化的交通业节能减排路径和对策。该路径与对策能够充分挖掘不同交通运输模式的潜力,更具经济和时间优势。
Quantified the energy consumption, emissions and demand of China’s transportation industry, as well as the energy and emission constraints. On this basis, according to the characteristics of different modes of transportation and their comparative advantages, combined with the plan of energy conservation and emission reduction in various management departments, this paper proposes a new energy saving and emission reduction path and countermeasures based on architecture optimization from a new perspective. This route and countermeasure can fully tap the potential of different modes of transportation and provide more economic and time advantages.
