1病例报告例1患者男,34岁。以急性腹痛起病,确诊为肾上腺皮质癌(ACC)后行手术及术后辅助放疗,肝转移后动脉化疗栓塞术(TACE)及微波治疗,因出现肺及骨转移,多西他赛联合顺铂(TP)方案化疗2周期评价疾病进展,后放弃治疗,生存9个月。例2患者女,45岁。以右下腹及腰部钝痛起病,确诊为ACC
