在现有的治理腐败体系的基础上 ,再实行权力适当分配原则 ,以及赋予人民监督权作为重要补充 ,不但可以遏制当前严重的腐败现象 ,而且可以达到最终消除腐败的目的。
On the basis of the existing corruption control system, the principle of proper distribution of power and the empowerment of the people as an important supplement will not only curb the current serious corruption but also ultimately achieve the goal of eliminating corruption.
