为探讨庆大霉素致视网膜损伤后视网膜组织内酶化学组份改变,采用微机分析组化定量方法,分析了注射5种不同剂量庆大霉素的兔视网膜内细胞色素氧化酶和乙酰胆碱酯酶改变,并通过超微结构观察进行比较。结果:100μg庆大霉素注射后3天即可引起细胞色素氧化酶活性下降,随注入剂量增加或注射后观察时间延长,均呈逐渐下降趋势.100~500只8注射后3天乙酰胆碱酯酶活性变化轻微,7天后其活性受到明显抑制。1000~3000μg注射后3天两种酶活性即完全受到抑制。
In order to investigate the changes of enzymatic chemical composition of retinal tissue after gentamicin-induced retinal injury, we used the computerized analysis of the histochemical method to analyze the effect of injecting 5 different doses of gentamicin on the retinal cytochrome oxidase and acetylcholinesterase Change and compare by ultrastructure observation. Results: After 3 days of injection of 100μg gentamicin, the cytochrome oxidase activity decreased. With the increase of injection dose or the prolonged observation time after injection, the activity of cytochrome oxidase decreased gradually. 100 ~ 500 8 after 3 days of injection of acetylcholinesterase activity changes slightly, after 7 days its activity was significantly inhibited. Three enzyme activities of 1000 ~ 3000μg three days after injection were completely inhibited.
