班主任是班集体的领导者和组织者,既要像严父一样教育引导他们,又要像慈母一样关心爱护他们。班主任是班级工作的舵手,是学生成才的导师,又是学生灵魂的塑造者。在新课程改革背景下,班主任工作的核心是德育工作,德育工作又直接影响着学生的全面发展。笔者担任班主任工作已有6年时间,感觉自己也随之成长了不少,总结这几年的班主任工作,收获颇大,好的地方有,不足的地方也有,伴随着班级的成长而不断成长。
The class teacher is the collective leader and organizer of the class, both educating and guiding them like the strict father, and caring and loving them like his mother. Class teacher is the helmsman in class work, is a student mentor, but also the soul of students shaper. Under the background of the new curriculum reform, the core of the class teacher’s work is moral education, and the moral education work directly affects the overall development of the students. I have been working as a class teacher for 6 years and I feel that I have also grown a lot. I have summed up my work as a class teacher in recent years, and I have gained a lot. Good places are there. There are also shortcomings. I have grown with the growth of classes .
