单纯右心室梗塞罕见,但右心室下后及正后壁梗塞合并右室梗塞并非少见。现将笔者所迁及的3例报告如下。例1 男,64岁,1976年12月7日因广泛前壁心肌梗塞心源性休克住一院。于1977年6月28日又突发心前区疼痛伴休克入院。心电图检查证实为下壁梗塞,但出现 V_(1～2)导联 ST 明显抬高约2.5mm 伴Ⅰ度房室传导阻滞、频发房早伴差传,形成短阵房速,
