采用DPPH自由基清除率研究微波辅助提取黄岑多酚提取的抗氧化能力。以乙醇作为提取溶剂,研究了微波辅助法对黄岑多酚的提取工艺条件。主要探讨了干燥原料黄岑粉末粒度(目数)、固液比、微波处理功率和微波提取时间4大因素对黄岑多酚得率的影响。结果表明,微波法从黄岑中提取多酚的最佳工艺条件为乙醇体积分数为55%,黄岑粉末粒度为60目,固液比为1∶50(g/mL),微波处理功率为600 W,微波提取时间8 min。按此优化条件,黄岑多酚得率可达到3.467 mg/g,可显著提高黄岑多酚的得率,明显优于传统回流提取法。
Study on Antioxidant Capacity of Microwave - assisted Extraction of Polygonatum Extracts by DPPH Free Radical Scavenging. Using ethanol as extraction solvent, the microwave-assisted extraction of yellow currant polyphenols was studied. The effects of the factors such as particle size (mesh number), solid-liquid ratio, microwave treatment power and microwave extraction time on the yield of Polygonatum camellia were studied. The results showed that the optimum conditions for the extraction of polyphenol from Radix Astragali were 55% ethanol, 60 mesh particle size, 1:50 (g / mL) solid-liquid ratio, microwave power 600 W, microwave extraction time 8 min. According to the optimized conditions, the yield of yellow polyphenols can reach 3.467 mg / g, which can significantly improve the yield of yellow polyphenols, which is obviously better than the traditional reflux extraction method.
