北京型机车上装有一台NPT_5型空气压缩机,由Z_2—82型直流电动机直接驱动。我段从1979年配属使用北京型机车以来,在运用中,因空压机电机出线盒烧损故障,曾造成几起机破事故(见表1),直接影响了行车安全。 1.故障原因空压机电机破损事故的现象比较直观明显。其原因是电机出线盒接线板引线结构不良。北京型机车使用的空压机电机有西安电机厂、包头电机厂和沈阳防爆灯厂的产品。我段电机出线盒烧损故障多发生在包头电机厂生产的电机上。故障电机接线板是酚醛绝缘板结构,机械强度不适应装机使用。因为在机车上,除在两个修程间定期保养检查接线状态外,还要进行按修程范围拆检检查。因而在接线紧固时,容易产生接线柱螺孔裂纹:导致紧固不牢,产生松动,引起接触电阻增大发热烧
