运用二次正交旋转组合设计,以对稗草抑制率为目标函数,以除草剂用量、土壤湿度为决策变量,建立目标性状与除草剂用量及土壤湿度之间的数学模型。通过模拟寻优,得到在不同土壤湿度影响下丁草胺、乙草胺、农得时、甲磺隆4种除草剂抑制稗草的优化方案。模型解析结果表明,当其他条件一致时,除草剂的用量是除草效果的关键,土壤湿度对除草剂的药效存在不同程度的影响,通过调节土壤湿度可使土壤处理除草剂药效提高。
The quadratic orthogonal rotation combination design was used to establish the mathematical model between the target traits and the amount of herbicide and the soil moisture by taking the inhibition rate of barnyardgrass as objective function and the herbicide dosage and soil moisture as the decision variables. Through the optimization of simulation, four optimized herbicide solutions of barnyardgrass were obtained under the influence of different soil moisture, such as butachlor, acetochlor and nongda. The results of the model analysis showed that when the other conditions were consistent, the amount of herbicide was the key to herbicidal effect. The effect of soil moisture on the herbicides was different to some extent. By adjusting the soil moisture, the herbicides could improve the efficacy.
