煤泥压滤工艺中快开隔膜压滤机虽然单机自动化水平高,但因其间歇式工作特点,导致工作环节多、协调时间长。通过对煤泥搅拌桶给料、压滤机入料,压滤煤泥输送、压滤入料浓度等操作环节和工艺参数自动控制的研究,实现了整个煤泥压滤系统的自动化,降低了煤泥的水分,缩短了压滤机的工作循环时间,提高了选煤厂的经济效益。
