What should we go out? Broadly speaking, the “going out” strategy refers to the strategic orientation of products, services, technology, labor, management, and the enterprise itself to compete and cooperate in the international market; narrowly defined “going out” Strategy refers to enterprises investing abroad, setting up production and operation institutions, extending overseas research and development, production and marketing capabilities, and rationally allocating resource development strategies in more countries and regions.
