目的抽样检测广西儿童麻疹IgG滴度,分析麻疹IgG水平与病毒中和能力,评价目前儿童麻疹易感性。方法抽样采集各市、县儿童血清,用ELISA试验检测IgG滴度,然后用抗体中和试验(NT)抽样检测血清针对沪-191疫苗株及GX/06/2麻疹野病毒的中和抗体滴度,并与IgG滴度比较。结果儿童麻疹IgG阳性率为93.8%,IgG滴度≥1:800者占71.3%,麻疹IgG GMT为1:1007.0。ELISA和NT法抽样检测6个市、县血清麻疹抗体滴度均有相关性,血清GX/06/2野病毒IgG滴度均明显低于沪-191疫苗株IgG滴度(P<0.05),血清麻疹沪-191疫苗株及GX/06/2野病毒NT滴度无显著性差异(P>0.05)。结论儿童麻疹免疫血清对沪-191疫苗株及GX/06/2野病毒中和作用无差异,实现麻疹消除目标应继续维持并加强儿童麻疹免疫。
Objective To detect measles IgG titers of children in Guangxi by means of sampling and analyze the level of measles IgG and the virus neutralization ability to evaluate the current susceptibility of measles in children. Methods The serum of children in cities and counties was collected by sampling and the IgG titers were detected by ELISA. Then the titers of neutralizing antibodies against Shanghai-191 vaccine strain and GX / 06/2 measles wild virus were detected by the antibody neutralization test (NT) , And compared with IgG titers. Results The positive rate of measles IgG in children was 93.8%, that of IgG titer≥1: 800 was 71.3%, and the measles IgG GMT was 1: 1007.0. ELISA and NT sampling were detected in six municipalities and counties serum measles antibody titers were related to serum GX / 06/2 wild-type virus IgG titers were significantly lower than Shanghai -191 vaccine strains IgG titers (P <0.05) There was no significant difference in NT titer of serum measles Shanghai-191 vaccine strain and GX / 06/2 wild virus (P> 0.05). Conclusion There is no difference in the neutralization effect between measles immune serum of Shanghai-191 vaccine and GX / 06/2 wild-type virus. To achieve measles elimination goal, measles immunization should be continued and strengthened.
