目前,身体健康已经成为全社会共同的主题,而健商(HQ)作为一种全新的理念和文化,强调的是人的身体健康以及对社会适应能力的培养。将健商理念引入高校体育教学,对当前高校的体育教学工作具有十分积极的促进作用,是培养当代大学生身体素质和健康素质的必然选择。本文在分析健商概念的基础上,重点就高校体育教学中构建健商理念的必要性进行研究,旨在推进健商理念在高校体育教学中的融合与贯彻。
At present, physical health has become the common theme of society as a whole. HQ as a brand new concept and culture emphasizes human health and social adaptability. Introducing the concept of health insurance business into physical education in colleges and universities has a very positive role in promoting physical education in colleges and universities. It is an inevitable choice to cultivate the physical quality and health quality of contemporary college students. Based on the analysis of the concept of business quotient, this paper focuses on the necessity of constructing business idea in college physical education, and aims to promote the integration and implementation of business health business philosophy in physical education at colleges and universities.
