目的 :应用 Alarm a blue测定法评价中药复方软肝煎对 HSC/ T6增殖的影响。方法 :实验分为小牛血清、大鼠血清及药物血清 3组 ,各组再分为 5 %、10 %及 2 0 % 3个浓度组 ,每组 4只大鼠。利用中药血清药理学 ,通过MTT法和 Alarma blue测定法测定软肝煎药物血清影响 HSC/ T6增殖的情况。结果 :在 MTT测定法中 ,与小牛血清组相比 ,大鼠血清组的 5 %浓度差异有显著性意义 (P <0 .0 5 ) ,10 %、2 0 %浓度差异有非常显著性意义 (P <0 .0 1) ,药物血清组各浓度差异均有非常显著性意义 (P <0 .0 1) ;与大鼠血清组相比 ,药物血清组的 5 %、10 %浓度差异有显著性意义 (P <0 .0 5 ) ,2 0 %浓度差异有非常显著性意义 (P <0 .0 1)。在 Alarm a blue测定法中 ,2 4 h时 ,与小牛血清组比较 ,大鼠血清组与药物血清组的 10 %浓度差异均有非常显著性意义 (P <0 .0 1) ,与大鼠血清组相比 ,药物血清组的 10 %浓度差异有显著性意义 (P<0 .0 5 ) ;30 h时 ,与小牛血清组比较 ,大鼠血清组的 10 %浓度及药物血清组的 10 %浓度差异均有显著性意义 (P<0 .0 5 ,<0 .0 1) ,与大鼠血清组相比 ,药物血清组的 10 %浓度差异有非常显著性意义 (P <0 .0 1)。结论 :软肝煎能抑制 HSC/ T6的增殖 ,具有抗肝纤维化作用 ;Alarma blue测定法是一种?
Objective : To evaluate the effect of Chinese Herbal Compound Liver Decoction on HSC/T6 proliferation by using Alarm a blue assay. Methods : The experiment was divided into calf serum, rat serum and drug serum. Each group was subdivided into 5%, 10% and 20% 3 concentrations groups, with 4 rats in each group. Using traditional Chinese medicine serum pharmacology, MTT method and Alarma blue assay were used to determine the effect of Ruangan decoction serum on HSC/T6 proliferation. RESULTS: In the MTT assay, there was a significant difference in the 5 % concentration in the rat serum group compared with the calf serum group (P < 0.05), and the 10% and 20% concentrations were significantly different.
