从顾客需求角度出发,从职能上对作为特殊公共产品的校医院的医疗服务质量做出了概念界定,开发了包含有型性、可靠性、移情性、响应性、公共卫生防预与监督性、经济性6个维度23指标的校医院医疗服务质量结构量表。并运用SPSS及AMOS软件进行了探索性因子分析和验证性因子分析,量表通过验证且信度、内容效度、收敛效度和判别效度证明合理。实证结果表明:(1)校医院及时、准确地提供个性化服务是患者关注的首要问题;(2)校医院所重点肩负的公共卫生防预与监督性这一特殊职能已逐渐弱化。

Exploratory factor analysis and confirmatory factor analysis were carried out by using SPSS and AMOS software, and the scale was verified to be reasonable by reliability, content validity, convergence validity and discriminant validity. The empirical results show that: (1) The timely and accurate provision of personalized service by school hospitals is the primary concern of patients; (2) The special function of public health prevention and supervision, which is the key point of school hospitals, has been gradually weakened.
