目的:观察哺乳期放置TCu380A宫内节育器(IUD)的临床效果。方法:选择2006年6月2日～2007年6月3日期间到安阳市汤阴县宜沟镇计划生育服务站要求放置IUD观察对象373例。采用生存分析法,分析观察对象使用IUD的1年期带器妊娠率、脱落率、因症取出率等。结果:随访12个月末1例观察对象失访,无带器妊娠者,脱落相关终止率为0.27/每百妇女/年,因症取出率为1.07/每百妇女/年,与IUD使用相关终止率为1.34/每百妇女/年。结论:哺乳期放置Tcu380A宫内节育器安全、有效,优于其他放置时期。
Objective: To observe the clinical effect of placing TCu380A intrauterine device (IUD) during lactation. Methods: From June 2, 2006 to June 3, 2007, 373 cases of IUD observation were placed in Yigou Family Planning Service Station, Tangyin County, Anyang City. Survival analysis was used to analyze the 1-year pregnancy rate, exfoliation rate, withdrawal rate and so on. Results: At the end of the 12-month follow-up, one case of follow-up was observed in patients lost to follow-up with or without pregnancy. The termination rate of shedding was 0.27 per 100 women per year, and the withdrawal rate was 1.07 per 100 women per year The rate is 1.34 per 100 women per year. Conclusion: The placement of Tcu380A intrauterine device during breast-feeding is safe and effective, which is superior to other placement periods.
