为了保证定量称量容器的安全性和准确性,需要考虑容器在装载过程中的稳定性。建立定量斗的三维模型,确定了初始条件的重心坐标。以理论力学为基础,通过对装载过程中冲击载荷的计算,以及对煤和斗箱整体重心位置随着装载煤量变化的分析,研究了定量斗在装载过程中的稳定性。以矿用50t定量斗为例,验证了方法的合理性和可行性,为定量容器的设计提供了理论参考。
In order to ensure the safety and accuracy of the quantitative weighing container, the stability of the container during the loading process needs to be considered. The three-dimensional model of the quantitative bucket was established and the barycentric coordinates of the initial conditions were determined. Based on the theoretical mechanics, the stability of the dosing bucket during the loading process was studied through the calculation of the impact load in the process of loading and the change of the center of gravity of the coal and the bucket with the change of the loading coal mass. Taking the 50t quantitative bucket for mine as an example, the rationality and feasibility of the method are verified, which provides a theoretical reference for the design of the quantitative container.
