长远目标的制定一定要切合实际目标的制定应该依据客观条件形成,而不是一种理想和主观愿望的表达。任何不切实际的目标,尽管它看上去拥有极强的前瞻性和深远性,都将对企业产生巨大的危害。客观条件指市场环境和企业自身这两个方面。
The formulation of the long-term goal must be formulated in accordance with the objective conditions in line with the actual goals rather than the expression of an ideal and a subjective desire. Any unrealistic goal, despite its seemingly forward-looking and far-reaching nature, will have a tremendous toll on businesses. Objective conditions refer to the market environment and the business itself two aspects.
