海曙区作为浙江省宁波市中心城区,区域优势明显,社会治理基础好,社会工作起步较早。在社工站整体建设过程中,海曙区按照“—镇街一特色、一镇街一品牌”的发展思路,探索出独具特色的乡镇(街道)社工站发展道路。致力服务,多样化发展因地制宜定方向。结合海曙实际,全区社工站建设在原有社区社会工作室的基础上,将全区乡镇(街道)社工站定位为专业服务提供、人才培养交流、资源整合链接、参与基层治理的综合服务平台。
