东方红—75拖拉机AK—10型起动机,磁电机点火时间用三角法兰接盘上三个豆形孔调整。但有时用豆形孔调整无法达到技术要求,其原因是: 1.曲柄与曲轴前半轴的安装位置不正确。正确的应使前半轴半圆键键槽对准曲柄销孔相反的方向。 2.前半轴与曲轴齿轮之间的半圆键扭断。如未扭断,活塞处于上止点时,曲轴齿轮上的记号“K”应正好向下。
