为更好地应用草坪草进行铜尾矿废弃地的植物修复与治理,以狗牙根、高羊茅和三叶草为研究对象,通过对其根际与非根际土壤的取样分析,研究了3种草坪草生长对大型铜尾矿废弃地土壤酶活性的影响.结果表明:3种草坪草根际环境显著地提高了土壤酶活性,减小了各样点之间土壤酶活性的差别,同时,3种草坪草的生长及根际环境土壤酶活性的增加,提高了土壤中有效态铜含量的比率,使重金属Cu向易被植物吸收利用的形态转化,在一定程度上增加了Cu的生物有效性,从而有效减少土壤中Cu的污染,改良土壤环境.高羊茅和三叶草比狗牙根具有更强的清除土壤Cu的能力,二者根际环境造成土壤Cu的降低量平均达到10.36%和7.78%,高于狗牙根的5.02%.
In order to improve the phytoremediation and treatment of turf grasses in the copper tailing wasteland, the effects of bermudagrass, tall fescue and clover on the soil samples of rhizosphere and non-rhizosphere were studied. At the same time, The growth of turf grasses and the increase of soil enzyme activities in the rhizosphere soil increased the ratio of available copper in the soil and transformed the heavy metal Cu to the form that is easily absorbed by plants and increased the bioavailability of Cu to a certain extent , So as to effectively reduce the pollution of Cu in soil and improve the soil environment.The tall fescue and clover have more ability of removing Cu from the root of Bermudagrass.The soil rhizosphere environment can reduce the amount of Cu by 10.36% and 7.78% , Higher than the bermudagrass 5.02%.
