一、加强和改进师德教育的重要性(一)实现高职院校人才培养目标的需要教育部等六部门关于《现代职业教育体系建设规划(2014-2020年)》(教发〔2014〕6号)指出:坚持以立德树人为根本,系统设计现代职业教育的体系框架、结构布局和运行机制,推动教育制度创新和结构调整,培养数以亿计的工程师、高级技工和高素质职业人才,传承技术技能,促进就业创业,为建设人力资源强国和创新型国家提供人才支
