笔者在目标管理视角下对顶岗实习管理的提出了三大优化对策:建立顶岗实习前期法制完善制度、有效进行实习过程管理、科学评估实习管理。
In the perspective of goal management, the author puts forward three optimization strategies for the internship management of posts: the establishment of the legal system of pre-placement internship, the effective management of the internship process and the scientific appraisal of internship management.
