目的 探讨过氧化氢与碘化钾混合液和戊二醛对腹腔镜上 HBs Ag的灭活效果。方法 以 HBs Ag阳性血清污染废弃的腹腔镜管道 ,分别做 0 .2 5 %过氧化氢与碘化钾混合液和 2 %碱性戊二醛溶液灭活试验。结果 0 .2 5 %过氧化氢与碘化钾混合液和 2 %碱性戊二醛溶液在 2 0分钟时均可使 HBs Ag灭活。结论 过氧化氢与碘化钾混合液能替代戊二醛用于腹腔镜消毒 ,具有对人体无毒副作用 ,对环境无污染等优点
Objective To investigate the inactivation of laparoscopic HBsAg by hydrogen peroxide and potassium iodide mixture and glutaraldehyde. Methods Waste laparoscopic tubes were contaminated with HBsAg-positive serum and were inactivated by 0.25% hydrogen peroxide and potassium iodide solution and 2% alkaline glutaraldehyde solution respectively. Results 0 .2 5% hydrogen peroxide and potassium iodide mixed solution and 2% alkaline glutaraldehyde solution at 20 minutes can make HBs Ag inactivated. Conclusion Hydrogen peroxide and potassium iodide mixed solution can replace glutaraldehyde for laparoscopic disinfection, with no toxic side effects on the human body, no environmental pollution advantages
