本文采用Cv、NDT、COD等试验方法,对我国首次按国外先进标准研制的—40~—80℃低温压力容器用1.5%Ni钢及其焊接接头进行了较系统的试验研究,结果表明:国产1.5%Ni钢达到了国外标准的要求,具有较好的低温韧性和断裂性能。经进一步完善和应用研究后,可作为我国—40~—80℃低温容器的骨干钢种。
In this paper, Cv, NDT, COD and other test methods, the first time developed in accordance with foreign advanced standard -40 ~ -80 ℃ low temperature pressure vessel with 1.5% Ni steel and its welded joints conducted a systematic study of the results showed that: domestic 1.5% Ni steel meets the requirements of foreign standards, has good low temperature toughness and fracture properties. After further improvement and application of research, can be used as China’s -40 ~ -80 ℃ low temperature containers of the backbone of steel.
