目的了解电子设备制造业微波接触人员眼部疾病,尤其是眼晶状体浑浊的情况。方法对微波作业场所以及微波接触人员进行职业卫生学调查。结果微波接触人员和其他毒物接触人员晶状体浑浊检出率比较,差异有统计学意义(χ2=84.18,P<0.01);微波接触人员年龄越大,晶状体浑浊检出率越高,但检出率在不同年龄组间比较,差异无统计学意义(χ2=1.53,P>0.05)。结论低强度微波可能会造成接触人员晶状体浑浊。
Objective To understand the ocular diseases of the microwave exposure personnel in the electronic equipment manufacturing industry, especially the opacity of the lens of the eye. Methods Occupational hygiene investigation was carried out on microwave working place and microwave exposure staff. Results There was significant difference in the detection rate of lens opacity between microwave exposure and other poisonous contacts (χ2 = 84.18, P <0.01). The higher the age of microwave exposure, the higher the detection rate of lens opacity, but the detection rate There was no significant difference between different age groups (χ2 = 1.53, P> 0.05). Conclusion Low-intensity microwaves may cause contact lens opacity.
